On June 30, 2010 Mr. Richard Alexander Irving passed away at the age of 56 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Alida; Rick’s children, daughters Misty (Dave) of Vancouver and Brandy (Graham) of Kamloops; sons Chad (Sarah) of Vancouver and Kent (Mandy) of Calgary, Alberta and step daughter Patty Wilson of Saskatchewan. Also left to cherish his memory are eleven grandchildren and one great granddaughter, his brother Jim (Karen) of McLure, his two sisters Connie (Butch) and Valerie both of McLure.
Rick was born February 17, 1954 in Kamloops, BC. He lived, worked and loved the outdoors. He cherished his family and many friends. Rick was known for his kind and gentle nature.
He will be sadly missed and forever loved.
Rick was predeceased by step daughter Shana in 2004 and parents Kate and Herb Irving.
A Celebration of Rick’s life will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at 1636 Westsyde Road.
we drifted apart far to soon in life, brother in-law. I should of stayed in touch. my condolences to your blended family from my new family. we will meet again i am sure of that.
