Pre-planning our own funeral is often a complicated and emotional concept to grasp. Many people have difficulty realizing their own mortality and neglect the important decisions that will have to be made.
For example, we spend a lot of time pre-planning for things like: having a family or our retirement as well as, we purchase a variety of insurances ranging from life, earthquake and theft to prepare us for the unexpected. - All Excess Money is Returned: When a death occurs, if there is more money in your plan than what the funeral ends up costing, all excess funds are returned to your family/estate. Your family pays no probate fees or taxes.
