On June 2, 2010 Phyllis Diane Ohs (nee Decker) of Kamloops passed away peacefully at the age of 81 years. She was born October 17, 1928 in Vancouver, B.C.
Phyllis is survived by her sister Elizabeth Johnson (Roger) of Vancouver, B.C., nieces Catherine Cryder (Jim) and Alexandra Kozma, nephew Charles Johnson (Deby), other relatives and her dear friend Helen Knight.
The family gives special thanks to the staff of 1 South, Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops for their care and kindness.
There will be a private family memorial.
