Marlene Eloise Hiltz
On December 25, 2011 Miss Marlene Hiltz passed away peacefully at the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home at the age of 67 years. She is survived by her loving family and friends.
Marlene was predeceased by her parents Harvard Hiltz and Alice Hiltz.
We wish to express our gratitude and thanks to Dr. Brownlee, the nurses at Royal Inland Hospital, 3West and the nurses and staff at the hospice home.
Those wishing to pay their respects by viewing, may do so on Friday, January 6, 2012 from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. in the Schoening Funeral Chapel, 513 Seymour Street.
Prayers will be recited on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in Sacred Heart Cathedral.
The Reverend Father Fred Weisbeck will celebrate the Funeral Mass on Saturday, January 7, 2012 in the Cathedral at 11:00 a.m.
Donations to the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home, 72 Whiteshield Crescent S., Kamloops, BC V2E 2S9 in memory of Miss Hiltz would be appreciated.
Marlene had to be the best-ever employee in the School District. She was always so friendly and on–the-run. She was the definition of “willing to please”. She didn’t know the meaning of slow! My best to her family and friends; she will be missed.
