Len had many family and friends, touching our hearts so deeply with his laughter, kindness, many great stories and always jokes.  “How she go” he would say to friends and strangers, and could always put a smile on your face.  Thank-you to all the friends that stopped by to check on Len, when family could not be there, thank-you.

“Love many, Trust few and always paddle you own Canoe.”

Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Cathedral with The Reverend Father Derrick Cameron officiating.

After there will be a Celebration of Len’s life at the “Office”, the Westsyder Pub at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 2010.

  1. Susan Thompson says:

I met Len almost 30 years ago, and right from the beginning knew that he was a good man. He was always respectful, he reminded me of one of my favorite uncles who had the same fun personality, who took time to have fun but always worked hard when the work had to be done.
Len often talked about his girls with pride and love; and he had that little crooked smile on his face.
Len have fun with my uncle.
    Susan

  2. Linda and Larry Fitzgerald says:

Len was a kind, gentle soul. Always a gentleman with a smile for everyone. We had many a dance, and he was quite the dancer. We had many a game of pool and he taught me a lot, but, I rarely beat him. He was the “Master”. I am going to miss his smile, his sense of humor and the sparkle in his eyes. The world is a sadder place without him and I a sadder person. Rest in Peace my friend. We will meet again….

  3. Lori Bradley says:

From the day I met Len about 5 years ago, I knew that he was a special person. He almost always had a smile on his face and he was a genuine, good person. You could tell that he had old fashioned values and would give you the shirt off his back if you’d needed it. Len, you will be one of the brightest stars up there and you will be dearly missed. I look forward to having you show me around when I see you again.
