Our deepest condolences to you all. We remember when Hedwig arrived in Kamloops so many years ago. How special she was to have started a new life here in Kamloops and to share it with you all. We fondly remember her helping us as we planned our first trip to Europe & Switzerland so many years ago.

Today I join you in saying good bye to a dear friend. I began my relationship as her daughter-in-law but we grew to be great friends, enjoying many laughs, dinners, coffee at the Swiss P and walks. Hedy was a remarkable woman, wise, kind, trusting and very supportive of women in business and politics, particularly me. We kept in touch until the end and I will remember her as she was in the published photo, vital and attractive, who enjoyed her many Swiss freinds and sharing a good story. I can’t be there today but Hedy will remain in my heart. Caroline (Cordonier) Grover
